  • Do not copy, reproduce, adapt or publish the content of the website for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Do not use the website in a way that damages the system, disturbs its operation or infringes the rights of others, including bulk automated collection of data.

3. Information, prices and accuracy

Information about products, services, supported car models, opening hours and the prices or charges shown on the website (if any) are approximate, to help you decide. They are not a binding offer, and we do not warrant that any price or information is accurate, complete or up to date. The actual price and terms are those we confirm to you by telephone or at the shop after inspecting the car, and they may change without notice.

A warranty on a product or a piece of work is governed by the warranty terms issued when the service is given, not by the general text on this website.

4. Intellectual property

  • The content, text, images, video, names, logos and marks of CPK on this website belong to the operator or the related companies, or are used under rights granted by their owners. Use without permission infringes those rights.
  • The names and marks of car makers that appear in catalogues or illustrations are used only to identify the car models concerned, and belong to their owners.

5. Links to third parties

This website links to websites and services of others, such as maps (Google Maps), including other websites of the group. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or data collection. A link is not an endorsement. Please read the terms and policies of each website yourself.

6. Limit of liability

We try to keep the information on the website correct and current, but we provide the website “as is” and do not warrant that it is free of errors, interruptions or viruses. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the website, or from relying on information on it without checking with us first. This does not limit consumer rights that the law protects.

7. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The latest version is on this page with its date (7 October 2026). Continuing to use the website after an amendment means you accept the amended version.

8. Governing law
